The City of Martinsville will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, September 7, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. at the City Council Chambers within City Hall located at 59 South Jefferson Street, Martinsville, Indiana. The purpose of the hearing is to provide interested citizens an opportunity to express their views on the recently completed Downtown Revitalization
