Martinsville, Indiana, June 28, 2019— Terry Isom has been named Director of Community Relations.

Previously serving in the human resources department, Terry’s community involvement served as a natural fit for the position. During this time, Terry served on the Morgan County Board for United Way of Central Indiana where he chaired the campaign committee for five consecutive years. In years past, Terry was involved closely with the Greater Martinsville Chamber of Commerce, serving in several positions including Chamber President.

Terry graduated college from Indiana University in Bloomington. Terry and his wife Debra raised two daughters in Martinsville both going through the MSD of Martinsville school system and both continuing on to advanced degrees in college. Currently, Terry and Debra are empty-nesters with the exception of three fish aquariums, two cats, a dog and a variety of wild animals Debra feeds just off the patio. Home Bank SB was chartered in 1890 as a mutual institution which essentially means that it is owned by its depositors. Without private ownership or stockholders, the bank’s profits are allocated entirely to its capital reserves, resulting in greater fiscal strength and resources for community support. Home Bank serves South Central Indiana with offices in Morgan, Hendricks and Johnson Counties.
