The Morgan County Coalition for Literacy is looking for sponsors for its fifth annual Adult Spelling Bee fundraiser on September 8 in Martinsville. The donations will be used to buy new books for the organization’s Christmas book giveaways. Last year, MCCL passed out hundreds of books at the Santa Train event in Morgantown and provided books for families helped by Churches in Mission. Sponsors will be recognized at the event and in its program. If interested, contact Dave Reddick, MCCL executive director, at dbreddick@comcast.net.
