All of the wonderful changes downtown are making Martinsville a more attractive community in which to live, work, and play, and a fun place to visit.

The Retreat at Mineral Springs recently opened their doors in three locations, all of which are renovated historic buildings: the former Morgan County Jail, 110 W. Washington St.; the Kivett Building, 11o N. Morgan St.; and the former Martinsville Sanitarium, 239 W. Harrison St.  These attractively updated facilities now offer apartments for those over 55, all within walking distance of downtown amenities. To view an apartment or for more information, give Cindy a call at 765.343.9377.

The Artesian Group is in “full speed ahead” mode, beautifully renovating buildings from the ground up and filling them with a great variety of businesses and restaurants, along with bringing tenants to new upscale second-floor apartments.

Thanks to Justin Drake and Martinsville Live for featuring Doug Molin, Artesian Group, on a recent FB podcast.  Watch the episode in its entirety below and get all the latest info about the transformation of more than 20 downtown buildings.  Be sure to like their FB page for updates, including photos and announcements of new businesses coming to the downtown.
