The Boutique is located at 210 West Morgan Street in Martinsville.

What’s the Maggie Bag story? Maggie Bags are a line of women’s cross-body and over the shoulder “hobo-style” bags. They are made from fashionable light weight canvas and decorator fabrics. Production of the bags combines the efforts of Magdalene House residents, community volunteers and an international ministry partnership that also seeks to provide an avenue for transforming the lives, and providing freedom, for women who are survivors of abuse and exploitation. Maggie Bags teach valuable skills while they raise funds to support the Magdalene House Women’s Shelter, a place of hope and new beginnings for homeless women.
In additional to supporting the ministry through the purchase of the Maggie Bags, a wide variety of volunteers are needed to assist with this effort. We are not only looking for people with sewing experience, but also those who are willing to help us staff the Boutique during day or evening shifts, assist with cleaning, or outside landscaping. We will work hard to accommodate your schedule. To learn more contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We hope to see you at the Boutique Relaunch!
