Morgan County Substance Abuse Council (MCSAC) offers a free Impaired Goggles educational program for youth and adults in Morgan County. This hands-on awareness tool allows people to experience, with a sober mind, what it is like to be under the influence. The goggles represent being under the influence of alcohol, marijuana, and other substances.
