Youth Connections, a 44-year-old nonprofit organization enhancing the quality of life for youth and their families in the communities of Johnson, Morgan and Brown counties, is expanding their office space.
Executive Director, Shana Gilbert stated, “Our expansion will enable us to provide more programs for the youth we serve in a central location.” “Unfortunately,”, Gilbert said, “we don’t have enough furniture for the new office space”.
The organization is seeking a round conference table and chairs that would seat 8-12 people, white boards, training tables and stacking chairs.
Youth Connections provides custody evaluations, supervised visitation, family mentioning and youth mentoring. The agency also educates the community on how to identify and how to report victims of human trafficking, Safe Place locations and host homes.
