Although the annual Martinsville State of the City event is typically an in-person event hosted by the Martinsville Rotary Club and the Martinsville Chamber of Commerce, the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic called for a virtual presentation again this year. This presentation highlights Mayor Costin’s administrations’ accomplishments and plans, brief messages from Rotary and Chamber leadership, and the recipients of the Outstanding Business Professional, Outstanding Business, and the coveted Ruth Rusie Spirit of Service awards.
