The First Ever WCBK Christmas Parade! Kick off the Christmas Season with a magical parade filled with beautifully decorated floats decked out with twinkling, sparkling lights. You’ll see elves, reindeer, snow princesses, gingerbread people, and more dancing to the sounds of Christmas Music. Santa’s Helpers will be handing out special treats to the kiddos. Can’t you just see their faces now as Santa goes by, with his rosy cheeks and a big smile, and you hear a cheerful “Ho, Ho, Ho”! Santa has arrived! The parade will start downtown Martinsville from the Courthouse Square, travel East on Washington Street, then North on Home Avenue ending at The Jimmy Nash Park. (*The Parade will be after dark. For the safety of all, please make sure to stay off the road and stay seated on the grass areas. All treats will be brought over and hand-delivered by Santa’s Helpers directly to the kiddos). After the parade, join us at Jimmy Nash City Park for the Annual Christmas Lighting Ceremony! The Park will transform into a Winter Wonderland full of fun activities, seasonal treats, and visits with Santa. More information will be provided as we get closer to the date.

***WCBK 102.3 will be switching to all Christmas Music at 5:30 pm on Nov. 26 for the entire parade!
