Located at 630 Birk Road, Martinsville, IN 46151, the new facility offers treatment for non-life-threatening injuries and illnesses, COVID-19 testing and treatment, and occupational medicine services seven days a week from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Patients can simply walk in or, if preferred, schedule a visit online.
