The Plainfield WorkOne has been awarded a Workforce Ready Grant that is to assist individuals with short-term training in high demand fields, such as, medical assisting, dental assisting, and CDL Class A. This only names a few of the offerings. Eligibility is very open and clients only need to have a High School Diploma or HSE (High School Equivalency) and be able to document the right to work in the United States with Indiana residency. Training will need to be completed by December 30, 2020.
Interested persons need only to stop by the WorkOne office located at 995 Andico Road in Plainfield or phone the office at 317-838-9335 X. 200. A small amount of paperwork and a commitment to remaining in contact with the WorkOne staff through the process and into employment (which we will assist individuals with obtaining).

The WorkOne Plainfield Staff are also available to speak with you, by phone or internet, as they are continuing to work to provide job search services, other than Unemployment Compensation.
