INDIANAPOLIS –The Environmental Services department at Franciscan Health Indianapolis, Mooresville and Franciscan Health Orthopedic Hospital Carmel have been recognized for passing the Cleaning Industry Management Standard-Green Building (CIMS-GB) assessment and reaccredited with CIMS-Green Building Certification with Honors.
CIMS-GB certification demonstrates that Franciscan Health Indianapolis, Mooresville and Franciscan Health Orthopedic Hospital Carmel have all undergone a comprehensive assessment by an independent, accredited CIMS-GB assessor and have successfully demonstrated a commitment to the delivery of environmentally preferable services that are designed to meet customer needs and expectations.
The Cleaning Industry Management Standard (CIMS-GB) is the first national management standard for the cleaning industry. CIMS supports operational excellence in cleaning and outlines the primary characteristics of a successful, quality and green building organization.

This year marks the fourth CIMS-GB Certification reaccreditation for the Franciscan Environmental Services team in Central Indiana.
