Sign up today for Ivy+ Career Link Project Management Essentials. The course is aligned with Six Sigma Global Institute’s Project Management and certification program. Topics covered include explaining and applying the basic terminology, tools, and techniques generally recognized as good practices by project management professionals. Important leadership concepts related to team development also will be covered.
