Habitat for Humanity of Morgan County is Hiring for:

1. Construction Manager. Part Time. 2 builds a year (fall and spring, typically). Major areas of responsibility are::

a. serve on the organizations Construction Committee;

b. supervise the builds (2 per year currently);

c. schedule and coordinate sub-contractors and/or vendor;

d. order materials

e. schedule inspections

2. Family Services Coordinator. Part Time. Major areas of responsibility are:

a. staff the organization’s Family Selection and Family Support Committees;

b. recruit potential homeownership families;

c. accept and process applicants for homeownership;

d. facilitate resources to assist families selected for homeownership; and

e. supervise the work of volunteer advocates as they guide homeownership advocates through their sweat equity process and through their first year of owning their home.
