
| MORGAN COUNTY, Ind. – The Indiana Department of Transportation will host a public hearing on Thursday, February 19 to inform residents and solicit feedback about a proposed roundabout at State Road 39 and Keller Hill Road, located just north of Monro The hearing will take place at Monrovia High School, located at 205 S. Chestnut Street, Monrovia, IN, 46157. Doors will open at 5 p.m., with a project presentation to begin at 5:30 p.m., followed by an in-person comment session. The purpose of the project is to build a roundabout at S.R. 39 and Keller Hill Road, remove existing right turn lanes along S.R. 39, and install a new guardrail while replacing culverts in the area. Project documents and meeting materials will be available online at https://bit.ly/4tiMiu0. Written comments submitted both in-person and online during the hearing will be recorded and responded to in a written manner at a future date.
