Newly Hired Relationship Manager
Banning Engineering would like to welcome Brian Gildea to our Business Development team. Brian joined Banning Engineering in January of 2024 as the Relationship/Business Development Manager, where his role will focus on existing customer engagement along with the cultivation of new business opportunities. As our Relationship Manager, we’re sure you’ll be seeing him a lot more as he begins getting to know our clients and partners in the next few months.
Prior to joining the Banning team, Brian worked for 20 years in the economic development profession, most recently as the Economic Development Director for CenterPoint Energy since 2015. Brian has also served as the Executive Director for Develop Indy, the Economic Development Manager for Austin, Texas, as well as the Economic Development Director for his hometown of Elkhart, Indiana. In 2014, Brian received his designation as a Certified Economic Development Professional (CEcD) through the International Economic Development Council and is a graduate of Indiana University, Bloomington. In his spare time, Brian enjoys golfing, tennis, bowling, traveling, and drumming with various bands, along with performing studio work.
