Congratulations to Jeff Hobson and his team at Hobson Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Martinsville on the opening of their new dealership at 675 W. Southview Drive (right next to Hobson Chevy, Buick, GMC). Along with Kenny Costin Mayor of Martinsville, it was our honor to conduct a ribbon cutting to celebrate this beautiful new facility.
We are grateful to the Hobson team for bringing the Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram brands back to The City Of Martinsville, Indiana. Plan to stop by soon and check out their inventory. ❗️The City Of Martinsville, Indiana Offices to be Closed and Trash Pick-Up Changed due to Memorial Day Holiday ❗️
All city offices and services, except emergency police and fire services, will be closed on Monday, May 26, 2025, in observance of the Memorial Day holiday.
For those residents who normally have their trash picked up on Mondays, trash will be picked up on Tuesday, May 27, 2025.
Additionally, the Utility Office and the Transfer Station will be closed on Saturday, May 24, 2025, in observance of the holiday.
The Memorial Day holiday also impacts regularly scheduled public meetings. The City of Martinsville Board of Works & Safety and Common Council will meet on Tuesday, May 27, 2025. The Planning Commission and Board of Zoning Appeals meetings will take place on Wednesday, May 28, 2025.
