The 2025-2026 Energy Assistance Program Applications are available now! The application period is from now until April 20th, 2026, at 5:00 pm EST.
The program will officially begin on November 3rd. We cannot approve applications or help in the case of a utility crisis before then. To find out what you need to apply, please visit our website insccap.org/pages/energy and ensure you submit a complete application. We can not process an incomplete application.

If you were on the 2024-2025 EAP, an application packet has been mailed to your address on file. If you need to update your address or would like to request an application be sent to you, please let us know by emailing eap@insccap.org
