GREENWOOD, Ind. – Franciscan Health will host a brain health seminar on Tuesday, Aug. 18 at 5:30 p.m. at Franciscan Health Stones Crossing in Greenwood in the Community Conference Room.
The seminar will be led by Dr. Kushal Shah, an independent neurosurgeon who chooses to practice at Franciscan Health. Dr. Shah will discuss brain health, including when a headache may be a sign of something more serious.
The seminar will also cover common brain tumors and provide helpful insights on aneurysms, including living with an unruptured aneurysm. This educational seminar will provide knowledge about neurological health, early awareness, and available care options.
Dr. Shah is a board-certified neurosurgeon specializing in complex brain and spine conditions, with a focus on brain tumors, pituitary tumors, aneurysms, vascular disorders, and skull base surgery. He is dedicated to delivering advanced, patient-centered care for some of the most challenging neurological conditions, combining surgical expertise with a commitment to innovation, quality, and exceptional outcomes.
