HR roundtables in June to focus on ways that businesses can support Morgan County families while improving the business’s bottom line

The Child Care Workgroup of the Morgan County Better Community Coalition has been working towards improving the quality of early care and education of our youngest residents, along with increasing childcare capacity, making childcare more affordable, and increasing early childcare educators’ pay to a liveable wage. We would like to invite you to a Human Resource Roundtable to discuss ways businesses can better support Morgan County families, and in turn, decrease their loss of productivity, decrease their loss in revenue, and decrease employee turnover costs that area businesses may be experiencing.
