Moving Forward Rehabilitation: This program is designed to help people restore abilities lost due to stroke, cardiovascular difficulties, surgery, and other debilitating conditions. Services vary in frequency and include physical, occupational and speech therapies.
Other Services at Meadow Lakes include: Skilled Nursing, Long Term Care, Respite Stays, Hospice Care and Auguste’s Cottage Memory Care – for residents living with Alzheimer’s and dementia
