
We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented kitchen team member to join our fast-paced but low-stress kitchen. This is not a traditional line cook position—no ticket rail chaos, no sauté pans flying.
What You’ll Do
• Assemble BBQ plates, sandwiches, and sides
• Craft pizzas to order
• Fry wings and other items using an enclosed, automated fryer (easy and safe to operate)
• Portion food accurately and consistently
• Restock ingredients and supplies throughout service
• Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and stocked
• Follow food safety and cleanliness standards without cutting corners
• Help the team keep things moving during busy periods
What We’re Looking For
• Strong attention to detail (portioning and consistency matter)
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Comfortable working on your feet in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to clean as you go and keep things organized
• Able to follow systems and repeat them consistently
• A sense of humor is required — sarcasm helps you survive the shift ![]()
Experience
• Kitchen experience is a plus, but not required
• We’re happy to train the right person with a good attitude
