INDIANAPOLIS – Patrick Heckman, DO, has joined Franciscan Physician Network Oncology and Hematology Specialists.
Dr. Heckman is a graduate of Hanover College in Hanover, Ind., and received his medical degree from the Marian University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Indianapolis.
Dr. Heckman completed his residency training in internal medicine at Ascension St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis and a fellowship in hematology and oncology at Markey Cancer Center at the University of Kentucky.
Dr. Heckman’s clinical interests include genitourinary and thoracic oncology and development of accessible outpatient palliative care for cancer patients.
Franciscan Physician Network Oncology and Hematology Specialists is located at 8111 South Emerson Ave., in the Cancer Center, Suite 101. Dr. Heckman will provide care at the Indianapolis office and at Rush Memorial Hospital in Rushville, Ind.
