Don’t miss WCBK’s Annual Christmas Parade downtown THIS SATURDAY at 5:30 pm!

Kick off the Christmas Season with a magical parade filled with beautifully decorated floats decked out with twinkling, sparkling lights. You’ll see elves, reindeer, snow princesses, gingerbread people, and more dancing to the sounds of Christmas music. Santa’s helpers will be handing out special treats to the kiddos. Can’t you just see their faces now as Santa goes by, with his rosy cheeks and a big smile, and you hear a cheerful “Ho, Ho, Ho”? Santa has arrived! The parade will start in downtown Martinsville from the Courthouse Square, travel north on Jefferson St. to The Venue, then east on Harrison to Home Avenue, and finally, north on Home Avenue ending at Jimmy Nash Park. *The Parade will be after dark.

For the safety of all, please make sure to stay off the road and stay seated on the grass areas. All treats will be brought over and hand-delivered by Santa’s Helpers directly to the kiddos). After the parade, join us at the Jimmny Nash City Park for the annual Winter Wonderland/Festival of Lights Lighting Ceremony! The park will transform into a Winter Wonderland full of fun activities, seasonal treats, and visits with Santa.

Please join us after the Christmas parade on Saturday, November 30th as we light up the Jimmy Nash City Park to kick off the Christmas Season.
