Operations Director FT

The Operations Director manages Stability First’s operational functions, ensures that the organization’s resources are effectively utilized, and that day-to-day activities align with the nonprofit’s overall strategy and mission. This includes overseeing the administration, program operations, logistics, and operational challenges. The Operations Director collaborates with other leaders at Stability First to streamline processes and maximize efficiency while maintaining compliance with relevant regulations.

Therapist (LCSW or LSW Eligible – Different applications) FT

Grasshopper Group Health Services is seeking a dedicated Therapist to provide mental health services at Stability First in Martinsville, IN. This unique role is part of a strategic partnership between Stability First and Grasshopper Group to establish Medicaid billability and provide required LCSW supervision under Indiana state regulations.The therapist will be employed by Grasshopper Group while working directly with the Stability First team and clients. Once the therapist attains Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification, the individual will transition into a full-time role with Stability First as the Clinical Director.

Accounting Manager PT

The Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the organization, ensuring accurate record keeping, and maintaining compliance with all accounting standards and regulations. This role involves managing daily transactions, reconciling accounts, processing payroll, handling accounts payable and receivable, and preparing financial reports. The Accounting Manager will also support audits, oversee tax filings, and manage financial processes related to donations and tax credits. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Administrative & Grant Coordinator FT

The Administrative and Grants Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring Stability First’s grant processes run smoothly while supporting the organization’s day-to-day administrative functions. This position works closely with the Grant Writer to track deadlines, manage supporting documents, and coordinate reimbursements with the Accounting Manager.
