Receptionist – AJM Legal, LLC

AJM Legal, LLC is seeking a professional, organized, and friendly receptionist to join our growing law firm. We are looking for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can manage multiple tasks while maintaining exceptional client service. Must have proficient skills in word processing and technology.

Position Hours

• Monday through Thursday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

• Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming telephone calls

• Greet clients and visitors professionally

• Conduct and schedule new client intakes

• Manage multiple attorneys’ calendars and appointments

• Scan, upload, and organize documents

• Prepare and process outgoing mail and deliveries

• Maintain client files and records

• Process payments and issue receipts

• Assist with general office organization and administrative tasks

• Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and other professionals

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

• Proficiency with computers, email, and Microsoft Office

• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality

• Prior office, receptionist, legal, or customer service experience preferred, but not required

Salary

• Hourly wage starting at $16.00 with a raise at 90 days.

• Paid weekly.
