The Greater Martinsville Chamber of Commerce provides unique and comprehensive business support including networking opportunities, education, and marketing tools in a low-pressure and welcoming environment. In collaboration with the city of Martinsville and community organizations, we advocate for the interests and success of our members and are working diligently to create a vibrant business environment in Martinsville and beyond.
We are a catalyst for positive economic growth by spearheading initiatives, programs, and events that drive economic progress and innovation. The Chamber is a convener of community and business stakeholders to address current issues. 'Worth the Walk' campaign wraps up after a successful four-month run
Thank you to all of our downtown businesses that really worked the Downtown is 'Worth the Walk' campaign, helping all their fellow businesses to be successful, and to all of you for your support during this time. While construction will continue on the courthouse, Meyer Najem opened our streets and sidewalks ahead of schedule, in plenty of time for the holiday shopping season. Happy shopping!

Small businesses are the backbone of our community,” said Mayor Kenny Costin. “By choosing local, you’re not just making a purchase—you’re investing in your neighbors, your friends, and the heartbeat of your community.”
Together, we made a difference by recognizing that supporting local businesses is, indeed, worth the walk. The downtown businesses benefited from an estimated economic impact of $25,000 - $30,000 resulting from the “Worth the Walk” campaign.

The Martinsville Chamber's 2026 community calendar features a cover photo of our beautiful new community theatre, the Martinsville Entertainment Theatre, and is now out, at many locations throughout the The City Of Martinsville, Indiana! This is the 15th year that we have produced and distributed this calendar that highlights Chamber events, government and organization meetings, the MSD of Martinsville dates, annual festivals and fundraisers, along with fun photos. Five thousand copies are distributed throughout the community, via our sponsor advertisers, government offices, and community gathering places, so be sure to get yours today.
