The City of Martinsville Utility Department’s mailing address is now 60 S. Sycamore Street, Martinsville, IN 46151. Please update your records and payment processes accordingly.

Utility bill payments can also be made online by clicking the square labeled ‘Pay Utility Bill’ on any page of the City of Martinsville’s website at Martinsville.IN.gov

Due to the recent discontinuation of the City of Martinsville, Indiana’s post office box address, there have been some issues with the delivery of mail to the city’s general address, utility office, police department, and other departments within the city. It was discovered that many of the issues were because of the use of the zip code plus four digits.

To best resolve this issue, we ask that all mail use only the zip code 46151, without any additional four-digit codes. This is especially important for auto-generated payments for utility bills and for invoices sent to the city.

Additionally, we are asking that specific addresses be used for the various City of Martinsville departments. Those addresses are as follows:
