Operation Next®: FREE skilled trades training for veterans, National Guard members, reservists, spouses, and eligible dependents

Operation Next®, will offer free skilled trades training beginning in January 2027 for Veterans, transitioning service members, National Guard members, Reservists, their spouses, and eligible dependents (must be 18 or older).

There are 25 seats available in each program:

CNC Machining: Training in Lebanon, Indiana.

Industrial Technology Maintenance (ITM): Training at MADE@Plainfield in Plainfield, Indiana.

Please share this opportunity with those who may qualify and benefit from gaining in-demand skills for careers in advanced manufacturing. Certifications in select programs can be earned in as little as three months. Employers are lining up to hire these graduates!
