The Greater Martinsville Chamber of Commerce provides unique and comprehensive business support including networking opportunities, education, and marketing tools in a low-pressure and welcoming environment. In collaboration with the city of Martinsville and community organizations, we advocate for the interests and success of our members and are working diligently to create a vibrant business environment in Martinsville and beyond.

We are a catalyst for positive economic growth by spearheading initiatives, programs, and events that drive economic progress and innovation. The Chamber is a convener of community and business stakeholders to address current issues. We are a devoted champion – promoting our members, our business community, and all the good that is Martinsville and Morgan County.

Bailey Monument Company owners Jeremy and Allison Bailey are proud to carry on the 97-year legacy of Hartley & Son Monuments. Jeremy has been in the monument industry since the age of 15, and together, the Bailey family is dedicated to preserving memories and serving their community with quality craftsmanship and hometown values. Having both been raised in Martinsville, Jeremy and Allison are especially grateful to own and operate their business in the same community that shaped them. It is an honor to serve the families, friends, and neighbors who have made Martinsville home for generations.

The Morgan County Courts will continue to conduct hearings virtually on Zoom through and including August 14, 2026.

The Morgan County Judicial Campus building remains closed. All courts are conducting virtual hearings on Zoom

You can file documents online at in.gov/courts/efiling. You can also file new cases and protective orders at in.gov/courts/efiling.

The Morgan County Clerk’s Office is temporarily located at City Hall, 59 S. Jefferson Street, Martinsville, IN 46151, from 8 a.m.- 4 p.m.
