Congratulations to Jarod Turner, who recently purchased Sgt Peppers Chicken to continue the decades-long tradition of great food and friendly service while fulfilling his lifelong dream of owning a restaurant. Chamber board members were joined by Jarods family and Kenny Costin Mayor of Martinsville, for a celebratory ribbon cutting.

As part of the grand reopening, Jarod presented donations totaling a very generous $3,000 to representatives of the Desert Rose Foundation, Inc., ($1,300), Morgan County Humane Society ($800), A Senior Retreat, Adult Day Services ($450), and Peace Restored ($450).

Plan to stop in soon at Sgt Peppers Chicken (2028 Burton Lane) to check out their new menu options and welcome Jarod. Open hours are Monday - Saturday, 11:00 am - 8:00 pm, and the phone number is 765.349.9199. Their website is https://sgtpeppers.net/

Did you know? Starting on Monday, April 7th, Sgt. Peppers will be hosting family night! When you bring the kiddos, they can get a kids meal that includes either a chicken leg, one tendie or a grilled cheese sandwich with a small side, small drink, and applesauce for $2 when their adult buys a meal.

Welcome to this new adventure in The City Of Martinsville, Indiana, Jarod! #eatlocal #supportlocal #chickenImage attachmentImage attachment+Image attachment
