Buying or selling, let’s talk about how I can help you achieve your goals.
A little about Dayana…
Dayana was raised in South America. She studied her first years of college in Germany and transferred to IUPUI, where she graduated in Visual Communication from Herron School of Art. She had the opportunity to work in local marketing and communications companies, connecting with people and offering excellent customer service.
She has lived in the South Central Indiana area for over 17 years. As a South Central Indiana local, Dayana is knowledgeable and passionate about her community, which, paired with her Spanish, French, German, and communications skills, allows her to connect with clients and meet them where they are, whatever their needs. She has also lived in six countries (Germany, the United States, Western Africa, England, and China) on four different continents; during that time, she learned to appreciate the importance of finding a place to call home, which sparked a passion for real estate.
Dayana is also an L2-CF, Kids, and Masters CrossFit trainer, Six Sigma certified, and she enjoys participating in classic Jaguar Car Concourses or exhibits. When she isn’t helping people find their dream home, Dayana can be found in a CrossFit gym, the Jaguar Association of Greater Indiana Club, or camping and kayaking with her family.

Cedar Creek Winery, Brewing Company & DistilleryCedar Creek Winery, Brewing Company & Distillery Contact: Bryce Elsner
Cedar Creek Winery is the first winery in Morgan County and was opened by Larry and Donell Elsner in October of 2010. The winery is located 2.7 miles east of Martinsville, Indiana just off SR 252 on Leonard Road. The picturesque, French-European style tasting room, designed by Larry, features 18 wines, drink mixes, cheeses, preserves, barbecue sauces, persimmon pulp, granite cutting boards and more. Enjoy live summer music and local artists’ paintings.
A sister-company to Cedar Creek Winery, the Cedar Creek Brew Co offers a casual atmosphere for craft beer tasting and sales. Stop in and enjoy the gorgeous property. Because the brewery is located on the grounds of the winery, you are able to wander the grounds with your choice of beverage, unlike most craft breweries. Stop in and sample their latest creation – you won’t be disappointed!
To complete Cedar Creek’s family of businesses, Cedar Creek Distillery launched in July 2017. Producing artisan batches of moonshine, rum, and brandy, Cedar Creek is Morgan County’s first distillery location. One of their signature creations – Artesian Water Moonshine, recalls Martinsville’s historic reputation as the City of Mineral Water. Don’t miss their special Moonshine shakeups and other unique cocktails!

Chances And Services for Youth (CASY) is a non-profit organization that provides services “cradle to college” ensuring children grow up in safe, nurturing environments in our community. CASY has several different programs to help support this mission.
The Child Care Resource and Referral (CCR&R) program serves Morgan County by providing families with referrals for child care that best meet their needs along with resources around appropriate child development. We also work to assist providers in providing higher quality care at their site through professional development and technical assistance. We also work with child care sites towards improvements through Indiana’s Paths to QUALITY rating system. One of our other responsibilities is to provide resources to raise awareness of the need to improve the affordability, accessibility, and quality of child care and early education within the community.
In Morgan County, we also assist low-income families with childcare vouchers through the Child Care Development Fund.

Costin Funeral ChapelCostin Funeral Chapel Contact: Kenny Costin
Our Chapel is independently owned and operated and we are very proud of that fact. We are both from Morgan County and have raised our two children here as well. We continue to actively support our community. In February 1985, we purchased Cure & Hensley Funeral Home, which was established in 1923. Through the years, many families have placed their confidence and trust in us. In 1997, we were able to build and grow to our current facility on a local historic property (home of the Home Lawn Sanitarium). We created Southern Indiana Cremation Society in 2007 and owned Nebo Memorial Park Cemetery for 13 years. We feel that we have a ministry here and it is our privilege to serve our families in their time of need.
